The Cartagena Tourist Sightseeing Bus follows a route around the historic Colombian city that lasts approximately 90 minutes. Throughout the route, you'll find recorded commentary in English providing interesting facts about the places you will encounter.
Hop on and off the sightseeing bus at any stops to personalize your itinerary. Recommended stops include the Puerta del Reloj, the Convent of San Francisco, the waterfront Fort San Sebastian del Pastelillo, and the hilltop San Felipe Barajas Castle.
Tour Options
During booking, you can choose from the following 3 options:
- 2-Day Ticket: Includes the bus route and a guided walking tour of Cartagena's centre lasting 1.5 hours, starting daily at 3:19 pm from the Torre del Reloj (Clock Tower), bus stop number 4.
- 2-Day Ticket + Ticket to San Felipe de Barajas Castle: Includes the bus route and admission to the San Felipe de Barajas Castle, allowing you to avoid queueing for tickets. Guided tours of the castle are not included.
- 2-Day Ticket from the Cruise Terminal: Designed for cruise passengers, this option includes transport from Texaco Zona Franca (Transversal 38, Manga) to Torre del Reloj, with return transport to the meeting point after the bus ride.
How Does it Work?
The Cartagena Tourist Sightseeing Bus ticket is valid for 48 consecutive hours from first use. You can hop on and off the buses as you like during this period. After reserving, you’ll receive a voucher via email to present on the first bus you take.
Operating Times
The Cartagena Tourist Bus operates daily from 9 am to 4:30 pm, with departures every 45 minutes. The full route lasts 90 minutes.
Important Info
When reserving, you must specify a date to use the ticket, but it can be used at any time within three months from the selected date.
