Start your day with a short introductory film “Discover Barbados”, then have free time to enjoy Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park, a place privileged by its tropical beauty. Then, a tram will take you to Harrison's Cave, which features picturesque streams, waterfalls and impressive stalactite and stalagmite formations.

After the tram tour, enjoy the Gully Challenge Course, the largest obstacle course in the Caribbean with 14 elements. Whether you're with a group or going solo, this course promises an unforgettable experience full of fun. Embrace this pure fun zone where getting dirty, sweating, and laughing until it hurts is all part of the entertainment. Later on, relax with a stroll along the scenic Pride of Barbados Nature Trail, leading you to an aviary. Here, you can learn about the local flora and fauna while capturing unique photographs.

This tour does not include food and beverages, so head to the Green Monkey Pool Bar & Grill to enjoy quick bites and drinks. Take a refreshing dip in the Green Monkey Pool, overlooking the Jack in the Box Gully. Before you leave, discover the history of rum at the self-guided "Mount Gay History Experience."
