About this activity

What to do

Start the hike going through the town of Castries, and then head to the picturesque Fortune Morne Hill. Prepare your camera, because you will need it with all the beautiful landscapes!

The journey continues through the Roseau Valley, which offers an excellent view of the plantain plantations and its endless palm fields. You will also pass two villages, Anse la Raye and Canaries, a picturesque fishing village. Finally, you will pass through Soufriere and arrive at the foot of the mountain Gros Piton, the second highest on the island.

Are you ready to climb? The first part is moderate and ideal to prepare for the second half, which is more strenuous. If you are a good hiker, it will take about 2 hours to climb the mountain and 2 hours to go down, considering the stops that are made on the way.

Do not miss a fantastic day surrounded by the most beautiful landscapes of Santa Lucia in this adventure, including a buffet lunch.
