Children under 5 years old cannot participate in swimming with dolphins.
Minors must always be supervised by their parents or an accompanying adult.

Cameras and Professional Equipment:

For safety reasons, the use of cameras is not allowed in the water.

Participants must have basic swimming skills.
The duration of the transfer may vary depending on the area.
Visitors who will not swim and are accompanying a child do not have access to the dolphin habitats.
This experience is sold as a package. All park activities and interactions with dolphins must be used on the same day.
Friends and family members who will not participate in the dolphin swim must pay for transportation and entry to Xel-Ha Park. The package for non-participating friends and family includes access to Xel-Ha Park, food and beverages (indicated), access to activities within the park, and round-trip transportation to the hotel.
This package is only valid if you arrive at the park with Delphinus transportation, which is free from your hotel. If you arrive at the park on your own, you will not have access to the park.
