Your experience begins with a welcome video, followed by a short transfer to the reserve. Upon arrival, expert guides will greet you warmly and provide all necessary gear, including a wetsuit, along with a full safety briefing.
Before entering the underground river, you’ll walk along scenic nature trails and take part in a traditional Mayan welcome ceremony, designed to connect your body and spirit to the land you're about to explore.
Once inside the cave, you’ll hike and swim through natural galleries surrounded by stunning stalactites and stalagmites—formations that have taken thousands of years to form—in a surreal environment that feels like another world.
At the end of your journey, celebrate the moment with a toast of Xtabentun, a traditional Mayan liqueur, and relive the highlights of your tour with a photo viewing session. Then, enjoy a delicious buffet meal to recharge before heading back to your hotel.
