Safety restrictions:

Xichén Clásico Tour:

Not recommended for people with mobility restrictions. Wheelchair users must be accompanied.
Use of required safety equipment in the cenote is mandatory.
Participation will not be allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Each visitor is responsible for the use of the facilities and any accidents or injuries.
Always stay hydrated.
Climbing structures or touching archaeological elements is prohibited; violations may result in sanctions by authorities.

Xplor Tour:

Water shoes are mandatory for all activities.
Only adults over 18 years with a valid driver’s license may drive amphibious vehicles.
Some activities are not recommended for pregnant women or people with heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, or claustrophobia.
Minimum height for zip-lines: 1.10 m
Minimum weight: 40 kg, maximum weight: 136 kg
Maximum harness circumference: 128 cm (waist), 67 cm (legs)
The use of safety equipment is mandatory for each activity.
Visitors are responsible for their safety during their stay.

Conditions for children:

Minors must always be supervised by parents or an accompanying adult.
Minimum age for Xplor is 5 years.

Cameras and professional equipment:

Participants are responsible for any damage to cameras or recording equipment.
An additional fee applies for video cameras inside the archaeological site (not included in the tour price).
Use of drones, tripods, stabilizers, or filming equipment is prohibited without permission.
The second activity must be completed within 15 days after the first one. Reservations are non-refundable.
