First, visit the ruins of the Mayan city of Tulum, sitting on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea and a breathtaking beach. Follow your guide through the ancient city as they take you to each of the site’s beautifully preserved buildings and explain the significance they had to the Mayan people. Then, zipline over the lush jungle canopy before you ride through the Mayan jungle on an ATV to the famous Sac-Actun cenote, home to the longest underground river in the world. Snorkel through the turquoise waters of the Nohoch Nah Chiich cavern and admire its many stalagmites and stalactites before rappelling through the opening of the Yaxmuul cenote and swimming in its natural sparkling pool. Take in a fascinating traditional Mayan ceremony to finish off your adventure through Riviera Maya. This activity is not suitable for persons with mobility restrictions. Senior citizens are welcome as long as they are able to do the activities. Masks must be worn at all times at the Tulum Archaeological Site. The availability of French guides may vary depending on the day of the week; please contact your NexusTours representative. Maximum weight allowed per participant: 260 lbs (120 kg.) All children aged 3 to 5 years old must pay a recovery fee directly onsite.
