Start your visit with the park's sensation in the Riviera Maya, the "Toboganxote," a slide where you'll experience a lot of excitement. We recommend doing this activity upon arrival at the park, as there are fewer visitors in the morning.

After this thrilling experience, you can refresh yourself with seasonal fruits and delicious flavored waters at Manantial. If you prefer to continue the adventure, dive into the 14-zipline circuit and soar over the jungle on the highest line in the Riviera Maya.

Safety Restrictions: 

  • Some activities have medical and age restrictions. Some activities are not recommended for pregnant women, persons with heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, or claustrophobia. 
  • Only those over 18 years old with a driving license may drive amphibious vehicles. 
  • For the Zip-lines the minimum height required is 3.6 ft. The minimum weight required is 88 lbs and a maximum of 300 lbs. The circumference capacity of the harness belt is 47 in (120 cm) and 25 in (65 cm) for the legs. 
  • Activities have special requirements of height and weight. For Amphibious Vehicles and Underground Expedition, the minimum height is 3.6 ft (1.10 m); for Rafts and Stalactite River Swimming is 3.3 ft (1 m) tall and 300 lbs (136 kg) of weight. For Toboganxote, minimum height is 4.2 ft (1.30 m) tall and maximum weight of 300 lbs (136 kg).The maximum capacity per raft is 4 people or 705 lb (320 kg). It is mandatory to use a helmet and know how to swim.

Children Conditions:

  • The minimum age required for Hammock Splash activity is 6 years. 
  •  In the case of children, the harness must fit properly and have a minimum height of 3.6 ft (1.10 m). If it doesn't, for their own safety, they won't be able to perform the activity.
  • Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age, must present an ID to verify their age at park ticket booths.
  • Minors must be accompanied at all times by an adult.
