Children of any age pay adult fares. All passengers must be at the heliport 45 minutes before the scheduled flight time. Smoking, food, and drinks are not allowed on helicopter flights. Large earrings and jewelry pieces are not permitted on board the aircraft. Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations. Insurance: Each passenger is insured in accordance with the local regulations of the UAE Civil Aviation Authority. All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions. Activity is not permitted for heart patients, individuals with physical disabilities, passengers who have recently undergone major surgery, and pregnant women. IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests must carry the original passport for the helicopter trip. Electronic copies are not accepted.
