Conditions for children:
- Children under 11 years (6 to 10 years) must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years in the water and supervised at all times in the park.
- The minimum height of minors to participate in the program is 45 in.
Cameras and professional equipment:
- No cameras are allowed during the interactive program. It is the participant’s responsibility if cameras or other photographic/recording equipment are damaged within the park facilities.
Accessibility:
- There is no wheelchair access. Electric mobility equipment is not allowed within the facility.
Note:
- A maximum of 10 people on the platform can participate at the same time.
- The use of lenses and jewelry is not allowed to prevent damage to the animal, as well as the use of sunscreen, bronzer, or any chemical that affects your vision.
- During the interactive program: Participants must have the physical abilities and skills required to participate in the program.
- To start the activity, it is necessary to shower beforehand.
- The program Triple Dolphin & Sea Lion with Shark operates only from Tuesday to Sunday.
- For activities including transportation, please communicate beforehand to confirm the pick-up time.
