On this day trip to the island of Barbuda, we'll take a ferry from Saint John, Antigua, and explore the unique culture and landscapes of this Caribbean island.

Day Trip to the Island of Barbuda

Between 5:45 am and 8 am, we will pick you up at your hotel in Saint John and proceed to the port to board the ferry to Barbuda. The boat ride will take approximately an hour and a half, arriving at the Pink Sand Beach pier on the south coast of Barbuda. You will have the rest of the day free to explore the area.

From the pier, it is about a one-hour walk to Codrington, the island’s capital. A comprehensive tour will follow to see the main attractions.

We will first visit Codrington National Park, home to one of the world's largest frigatebird colonies, where you can observe these birds and learn about them. Next, we will head to the caves of Two-foot Bay to admire the rock formations before proceeding to Princess Diana Beach, known for its white sand and clear waters.

After exploring, we will stop at a local restaurant for a traditional meal, including a starter, main course, and a drink. You will then have free time to relax on Princess Diana Beach before returning to the pier for the ferry back to Antigua. The tour concludes at your hotel at approximately 4 pm.
