Sobre Esta Atividade

Pedale pela história da Jamaica: descubra uma antiga tribo e siga até a comunidade mineradora de Fontabelle.

What to do

Take your bike because you will travel to Jamaica's past on this adventure!

Your tour will begin in Good Hope, a former 18th-century sugar town in a lush tropical valley. Then, you will head to Cockpit Country, an impressive nature reserve home to the Taino tribe, who created a 2,500-year-old paved road that you will travel on your e-bike. Once you reach their community, you will learn about their cultivation techniques and take a walk through their plantations with a guide who will show you the different fruit trees and vegetables in the region. You will continue to Fontabelle, a small mining community at the foot of the mountain, famous for its mineral wealth and international exports.
